How do I become an instructor?
Register as an instructor, complete your profile, and wait for admin approval. You'll receive an email notification once approved.
How do payouts work?
Instructors can request payouts from their balance dashboard. Payouts are processed weekly every Friday. Requests submitted after Friday will be processed the following Friday.
Can I access courses offline?
While video content requires internet access, you can download course resources (PDFs, documents) for offline study.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Stripe and Klasha. All major payment methods including mobile money, bank cards, and bank transfers are supported.
